Failed tasks restore credits
When a signed-in task is marked failed by the service, its consumed credits are restored. Contact support if the account history does not match the task status.
Subscriptions renew until canceled
Cancel from account settings before the next renewal. Access continues through the current paid period; prorated refunds are not standard unless required by law.
Payment is not a blanket rights transfer
Use only inputs you own or license. Commercial use depends on applicable law, provider terms, plan restrictions, and your review of the output.
Pricing questions before checkout
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
Unused credits may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if none of the credit pack has been used. Used or partially used packs are non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the full Refund Policy.
What if a generation fails?
The service restores consumed credits when a signed-in task is marked failed. If your task history and credit history disagree, contact support with the task or transaction ID.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew according to the checkout terms until canceled. Canceling stops the next charge and keeps access active through the current billing period.
Do paid plans guarantee commercial rights?
No. A paid plan does not transfer every copyright, trademark, likeness, privacy, or provider right. Review your inputs, outputs, our Terms, and the applicable provider conditions before commercial use.
