Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the next period.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law.

Credit Purchases

Credits are consumed each time you generate an image. Because generation incurs immediate processing costs:

  • Unused credits may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been used.
  • Used or partially used credit packs are non-refundable.

Eligibility for a Refund

We will consider refund requests in the following cases:

  1. Duplicate charges — You were billed more than once for the same purchase.
  2. Service failure — A technical fault on our side prevented the service from delivering what you paid for, and we were unable to resolve it.
  3. Unauthorized charges — A charge was made without your authorization.

Refunds are granted at our reasonable discretion and may be declined where we detect abuse or violation of our Terms of Service.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@bananananoai.com with your account email, the order or transaction ID, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
